Skyr Date Bark

Instructions:

Prepare the Dates:

Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.

Gently split the Medjool dates open and place them on the prepared baking sheet, allowing them to overlap and stick together.

Add Skyr:

Drizzle skyr evenly over the split Medjool dates, completely covering them. Skyr will provide creaminess and a tangy flavor.

Top with Pecan nuts:

Sprinkle the chopped walnuts over the skyr-covered Medjool dates for crunch and extra flavor.

Melt the Chocolate:

In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave the dark chocolate in 20-30 second intervals until they are fully melted and smooth.

Drizzle Chocolate:

Drizzle the melted chocolate evenly over the skyr-covered Medjool dates and Pecan nuts, creating a rich chocolate layer.

Optional Sea Salt:
